GROUP CLASSES - PERIODICAL SIGN UP

When you sign up for a period of classes, you sign up for a fixed period of classes in immediate continuation. You can see the exact dates in your invoice and/or confirmation e-mail. In this period, the spot in the group is reserved for you, so if you are absent from a lesson in this period, the class cannot be refunded or moved to another week. However, if a class is cancelled by your teacher, the prepaid period is extended by the missed period (e.g., 4 weeks become 5 weeks) in direct continuation of the period you have already signed up for.

You need to pay the package you buy before starting up classes, however we may make an exception if there is less than 8 days until you start up your classes. 

The first 4 weeks of a package are non-refundable. If you wish to completely stop having classes after the first 4 weeks, you can convert the remaining amount to private lessons (we will not charge for the next class as long as we’re informed minimum 72 hours before the class). If you want a refund, you'll receive a refund of 50% of the remaining amount. 

When your prepaid package is used up, you’ll need to buy a new package to keep your spot in the group. If you do not buy a new package in immediate continuation of another package, you may loose your spot in the group in case there is a waiting list or there are not enough students left in the group (in which case the group may be cancelled altogether).

If a group consists of less than 4 students, we may have to cancel it all together or reduce the length of the classes until more people join.

We have some set periods of the year where the school is usually closed. This is during the Winter holiday, in the month of July and the fall holiday and the regular holidays such as Easter. If your teacher would like to teach anyway, and at least 4 students in a group would like to join, you can still have class. If you cannot join the group, this will of course not count in your package. If you inform us that you would like to have class, it counts. In case you sign up for classes during the holidays, you have to let us know latest one week before class for it to not count in your package if you cannot join anyway. 

if you wish to have a break from classes outside of our closing days, your package will still be charged. 

PRIVATE LESSONS

The time slot that you book, will be booked for you every week in the period that you sign up for, unless you have changed it together with your teacher.

Private lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before start are charged at the full rate, as last-minute cancellations are difficult for us to work around. In most cases, it’s not possible to book another student into the available time slot and our teachers rely on the scheduled classes and get paid for their time in case of last-minute cancellations. To not be charged, you must therefore cancel at least 24 hours before the class begins.

If you wish to move the class to another time in the same week, please get in touch as soon as possible (and minimum 24 hours before) and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Your teacher will help you keep track of your package, but it is your responsibility to let us know if you'd like to continue or stop when you have used up your prepaid classes. If you continue to come to classes after you have used up your package and have still not informed us that you will be stopping, you will be charged for the extra lessons. 

If you wish to stop your private lessons, you can have the remaining private lessons converted to e.g., group lessons. If you wish to have a refund, you'll receive a refund of 50% of the remaining lessons. 

SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

The time slot that you book, will be booked for you every week in the period that you sign up for, unless you have changed it together with your teacher. 

You will not be charged for classes that both students have cancelled more than 24 h before.

If one student cancels more than 24 h before and the other would still like to have class, the student who will participate has to pay the extra cost there is for a normal private lesson (compared to half a semi-private lesson). 

If you wish to move the class to another time in the same week, please get in touch as soon as possible (and minimum 24 hours before) and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
