GENERAL TERMS - MONTHLY PAYMENT

• You will be charged for a full month of classes regardless of attendance

• If the students are offered less than 4 classes in a calendar month due to cancellations from the teacher due to sickness, you will be compensated for the lost classes.

• The cost of textbooks is not included in the cost but if you wish we can order and invoice you for books that the students would like to have.

• If the student at some point would like to stop having classes, there is a 2 month termination period from the 1st of the following month (however, there will not be a termination period if a specific period was specified when signing up)

• A package has to be spent latest 1,5 years after purchase. After that period it is no longer valid.

• VAT has to be added to all prices when a company is invoiced

• Holidays: our monthly price is incl. planned weeks of holiday, so some months you will have e.g., 5 lessons and some months 3 due to holidays. The cost will not be reduced in months with holidays. Planned holidays: between Christmas and New Years eve, week 42, week 7 and public holidays: Easter, pentecost, ascension day. However, the month of July is an exception and will not count if you do not wish to have classes this month.

SPECIFICALLY FOR IN-HOUSE CLASSES

• Our standard group size is 6 students. If you want to offer in-house group classes, and the group size is smaller or bigger than 6 students, then get in touch and we’ll make you a customized offer

• A fee of 400 DKR/class will be added as compensation for time spent, transportation expenses etc. for the teacher to come to the student (this is for max 30 minutes of transportation from Kartoffeldansk each way)

PACKAGES FOR PRIVATE LESSONS

• When buying a package of e.g., 10 private lessons, a student can cancel class latest 24 hours before class and then save that class for later.
